Study On The Landscape Design Of High-rise Residential Of Shenzhen City

In this century, along with the increasing of population and the acceleration of urbanization, the increasing demand and land shortage of urban residential construction, become increasingly prominent contradiction and become a big restricting faction of city development. As a effective way of land utilization, High-rise residential, become an effective living form for solve urban residential contradiction. In many cities, High-layer residential are constantly emerging and become a hot point of investors and developers. However, the outside environment design level is not high. As following, is a series of problems just as the urban environment destruction and living environment quality decline.This paper takes Shenzhen as an example, with its high-rise residential outside environment as research object, and takes a goal of improving the quality of inhabitants'life. Though theory research, investigation and comparison research, this paper fix on researching the existing problems of the outside environment of the high-rise residential in Shenzhen city. The paper is constructed by five chapters, the first two chapters are background research, the purpose of the study, the significance of the subject, present situation of the domestic and foreign research and the type and characteristics of high-rise residential are summarized.The third chapter is the part of proposing question, with 18 built excellent high-layer residential in Shenzhen as typical case,though the investigation and analysis of its external environment, summarizes its typical problems. Namely, overall layout lack of layers, road planning are too formal, central green space and water utilization rate is not high, the sites of activities are humanity deficiency and environmental and facilities are lack of interest. The last two chapters belong to problem solving part, to solve the typical problems listed, use regional theory, residential environment science theory, environmental behaviors psychological theory and place theory as basis theory, under the guidance of national and local relevant specification and regulations, puts forward a design principle for high-rise residential outside environment design in Shenzhen city. And from the following aspects:whole layout, the village road planning, green space planning, the main activity place design, water design, landscape architecture and sketch design and landscape lighting design, puts forward a design method.This paper aims at design more sweet, comfortable residential environment for Shenzhen's residents and provides theoretical help for the future and other cities'outside environment of high-rise residential design in China.
