| The fishery administration ship is the working vessel that carries out the law enforcement management in exclusive fisheries waters, consequently, it also known as fisheries protection vessels.The fishery administration ship is mainly used for patrolling offshore fishing fields, supervising and inspecting the fishing vessels that checking the situation of the implementation of national fisheries legislation, and protecting the environment, preventing overfishing, illegal discharging oil and waste and other hazardous substances, keeping fisheries production order, dealing with fisheries production disagreements; in addition, the fishery administration ship is also used to supervise and inspect the goals for implementing the international fisheries agreements, and maintain our fishing rights. Some fishery administration ship even provides orders to fisheries production, and releases the fishing condition and weather communications, and performs medical care and salvage and other tasks at sea.China has a vast sea area, the fisheries law enforcement management tasks is increased year by year. In the present situation, the pre-existing fishery ship did not meet with the huge increasing in workload of the patrols, and far unsuitable to adapt to adverse sea conditions, for this reason, to develop a new fishery administration vessel is very necessary.The small waterline area twin hull (SWATH) is also called semi-submersible catamaran (SSC), which is generated by modifying the width of the ordinary SWATH sheet body at the waterline. This hull form can effectively reduce the wave resistance and improve seakeeping.In this paper, parameter optimization for the sheet body of the SWATH based on a conventional fishery administration ship has been carried out. The final optimization results show that the proposed method in this thesis is effective and reliable. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) Based on the pre-existing SWATH information, the sheet body of the fishing administration vessel as a prototype for parameter optimization has been established.(2) According to SWATH statistical results, a optimization program for the SWATH's sheet body has developed, and using the viscous fluid mechanics theory and the numerical simulation method, the optimal parameters have been finished. Finally, comparison between the optimization and the prototype has been done, the optimal parameters for the sheet body of the SWATH fishery administration ship are determined accordingly.(3) On the basis of the main particulars of the ship, the general arrangement plan and mold lines plan are designed, and its stability and rapidity calculated respectively.This result demonstrates that a new type of fishery administration ship is practical and reliable and proposed method is also quite significant to the fishery ship design and construction. |
