Sustainable development of urban road system is an important transportation support, therefore, necessary to carry out urban renewal projects road traffic capacity assessment, scale and intensity of land development on sound analysis and reduce the urban renewal projects on the impact of road traffic, so as to promote sustainable development of cities.Transport capacity is in the study and research within the period, urban transport facilities to the persons or things to achieve the maximum amount of movement. Transport capacity of environmental resources as an important aspect of carrying capacity, is to determine the intensity of land suitable for development is one important basis for the coordinated development of urban land use and transportation planning is of great practical significance. This paper projects a significant effect on traffic basis for judging the application traffic-land use interaction mechanism of a reasonable size and intensity of land development, and corresponding traffic improvement measures, to develop programs for regional development planning and security measures.
