The Performance Research Of Recycled Concrete

With the rapid development of the building industry, the waste of building has been growing day by day, and most of them are waste concrete. Besides the charge for an abundance of waste disposal is very much, it also is harm to the environment and society. In addition, the large demand of concrete request the exploitation of natural resources—sand and stone, and so the natural resources has been on the exhausted edge for the unceasing exploitation. Moreover, besides the exploitation and transportation of natural sand and stone expands largely, it also destroys the environment badly. Based on environmental protection and sustainable development, The recycled concrete has been put forward in this paper.In this paper, the overseas productions are consulted, and based on the internal research, in the laboratory, technological process of recycled concrete processing is designed. A certain amount of recycled aggregate is made by using of the abandoned C40 concrete, and the working properties of recycled concrete have been researched.Referencing to the design standards of mixture ratio of Common concrete (JGJ55-2000), the Preliminary mixture ratio of recycled concrete is designed. Based on that, the working performance and mechanics performance of recycled concrete is researched by changing the substitute rate of recycled aggregate, replacing the fly ash with equivalent amount, adding water reducing agent, and disposing the surface of the recycled concrete.In this paper, Research on anti-chloride permeability of recycled aggregate concrete by changing the replacement rate of recycle aggregate, adding fly ash and slag incorporation.From a technical, economic and environmental point, the development prospects and application feasibility of recycled concrete is analyzed. For the application of recycled concrete projects have laid a solid foundation.
