| By means of the Breath-Figure Method for porous structure can be prepared with orderly array of micro/nano structure such as noaoparticle arraysã€micro lens arrayã€cell culture templates etc,has wide application prospect.nanoparticles self-assembly in the polymer solution and water interface,finally can form different nanometer array,which can be used in sensorsã€catalysts〠photonics and microreactor etc in the basis for different strrctures and propecties.This paper discussed the several main facters the formation of Honeycomb-structured porous films in detail; fill the porous hole with ps-COOH successfully and form order array of large area,prepare different size and density of Ag nanoparticles in double electricity rates jump,and explore preliminary the SERS enhancement effect of Ag nanoparticles.This paper involves the research work and main conclusions are as follows:1ã€The solution is mixed PS-b-PAA as raw material with chloroform to 10mg/ml,which be made ordered honeycomb porous films in Breath-Figure Method.Discussed the effects of honyecomb ordered porous membrane pore size and morphology,like temperatureã€organic solvent type and amount of film forming Besides,the properties of acid and alkali resistant are concerned.The results show that,the pore diameter of porous membrane isconstantly increasing and easier to produce cracking phenomenon when the environment temperature is increased from 25℃ to 55℃.Elected CS2ã€chloroform as solvents.volatile organic solvents can not only affect the average aperture of the porous membrane honyecomb,also can decide whether to form the neat arrangement of pore structure,the polarity of the solvents can also have an impact on regularith of the porous membrane. When prganic solvents have a low polarity,amphiphilic bolck copolymer between hydrophilic and hydrophobic phase separation is not obvisou,which leads to formation of the irregular porous film.As membrane quantity increased lOul to 70,the surface tension of the liquid film in smaller gradually,which will make the formation of the porous menbrane pore size increased.The porous membrane soaking in acid alkali solution for 24h,no chande in the surface of the porous membrane being found.2ã€With porous membrane for the template,taking PS microspheres with carboxyl and PS microspheres into 2 mg/ml of water and ethanol solution,then take a certain volume to join in the porous membrane,such as solvent evaporation,composed of different shape of structure.Because PS-COOH microsphere surfaces with negatively charged and porous film hole have carboxyl groups in aquepus solution with negative ionization produced electrostatic interactions lead to repel each other,and the surface tension of water is difficult to penetrate the larger hole in PS-COOH microsphere distribution outside the hole.And when elected in ethanol solvent,carboxyl in alcohol solution difficult ionization,and the surface tension of the ethanol small so PS-COOH microspheres are more likely to be distributed in the hole;PS mocorspheres of aqueous solution of ethanol solution and PS-COOH microspheres due to a combination of two farces,appear outside the hole.Studies found that with the increase of PS-COOH concentration,ethanol dispersion of PS-COOH still dispersed in hole,forms an orderly array.3〠In order to increase the conductivity of the porous membrane,the surface of films are modified by dopamine.the porous film modificated as working delctrode,in three elecrodoe system,using cyclic voltammetry detemine the deposition potential of Ag+,then detemine the form of a nuclear power,nucleation and growth time of Ag nanoparticles morphology size with the influence of the distribution.The experiment using silver nitrate solubility is 0.5mM,less than the literature.Results show that the shape of nuclear power can change the size of the particles,the desity and uniformity.In the case of other conditions unchanged,form nuclear power is negative,the uniformity of Ag nanoparticle arrays,when time increases to,it will cause the flower and the emergence of hierarchical structure;The time is longer,the desity of Ag is biger;These illustrate the nucleation is a continuous process of nucleation.Therefore the time of nucleationã€nuclear powerã€the growth time,will eventually lead to the density of Ag nanoparticles.4ã€Using rhodamive 6G aqueous solution as the probe molecule,Raman enhancement was studied of different kinds of Ag films.The results were as follows:with the increasement of the nucleation time, nuclear power,the growth time,the enhancement effect of rhodamine 6G of Ag composite porous thin film is more larger.Such substrates is expected to be used in environmental detection of little harmful material. |
