The Chinese manufacturing technology of wood particles moulded products was lag behind the advanced world levels. Wood Choosing, the shape of the wood particles and the effect of technological parameters for the physical mechanics performance need more study. This article has practice significance. It pays more attention to the study of manufacturing technology of long thin moulded processing, improving the factors that affect the quality of the product, enhancing the added value of the product.Base on practical product produce conditions, this article analysis each stages of the production briefly, find out the main factors that affect the quality of terminal products, and then put forward some measures.(1)The research result of the parameters of long and thin wood particles moulded products are as follow:when we use poplars as of study material, UF and MF as facades, adopt two step manufacturing technology, the best manufacturing technology parameters are:temperature 160℃, density 0.90 g/cm3 and the amount of facade is8%.The performance indicators of long and thin wood particles moulded product are all better than the national standards.(2)Base on the study of technological of long and thin wood particles moulded products,we test with poplars, the birch tree, choosing tree Specie as the only variable factor, using two step manufacturing technology as procedure, to explore how different spices of tree affect the different physical mechanics performance of the moulded product, so that we can choose a suitable tree.spices according to different quality need in practical production.Base on the study of technological of long and thin wood particles moulded products, using UF and MF as facades and two step moulded product manufacturing technology as procedure, by orthogonal experiment which the length, width, and thickness of moulded product as variable factor, we draw the effect of moulded particles form on the physical mechanics performance of wood moulded product.(3)Based on the experiment, we analyze on the mould, constrct the mould's three-dimensional model through finite element theory under the Pro/Engineer conditions, analyze and calculate by ANSYS Workbench12.0bmp, draw the stress distribution the position of the biggest stress.
