Features and principle of the hardware used by the system such as embedded computer, motion control card, digital AC step servo motor, brushless DC spindle motor and its driver are given.Features and programming system of the ADT-864 motion control card is studied. Control software of the numerical control system is designed. The whole control system is divided into modules such as: user interface, numerical control code processing, tool compensation processing, interpolation module, trajectory simulation module and some auxiliary modules. Working principle and implement of each module is discussed.At the same time, software simulation is designed for the system. The simulation system can simulate the process to determine the correctness of entry process and modified it accordingly. |
