This paper aimed at providing basic theory and technique for using microinjection of base method to prepare nano polymerization aluminum. And the coagulation efficiency of the nano polyaluminium in petrochemical wastewater disposal chloride is studied.The nano polymerization aluminum was prepared by microinjection of base method, and the species distribution of Al in PAC was studied using Ferron, SEM and XRD, at the same time the influence of preparation methods, alkalization degree, preparation temperature, concentration of AlCl3 and NaOH were discussed. It was found that the Al13 content could arrive to 85% when the alkalization degree was 2.5, and the concentration of AlCl3 and NaOH were both 2mol/L under the 70℃. And it is authenticated that Al13 is the predominance form in the samples with the investigation of SEM and XRD.The petrochemical wastewater quality of oil separation pool in Shenghua refinery has been analysed and was studied by self-made nano polyaluminium chlorid flocculant and polyscrylamide, after processes, the permeance efficiency of the water sample was taked for evaluating indicator to discuss several factors which affected the coagulation effect. It was found the optimum dosage of flocculant was about 15mg/L, when the mixture speed was between 195rpm and 225rpm and the mixture time was 90s in the fast mixture process, the slow mixture speed was between 50rpm and 60rpm and the mixture time was 10min. Comparing with other general inorganic flocculent in the removal effect of turbidity, COD and petroleum oil, nano-PAC had the advantage over the others in petrochemical disposal.
