The proposed treatment center of hazardous waste is located on Luodai town Longquanyi District. It is a key project of Chengdu with yearly handling ability of 12.2×104 ton from which 1.2×104 ton comprehensive utilized, 1.0×104 ton to be burned (not including medical waste), 10.0×104 ton to be safely buried. The site of the project which located on the middle part of Longquanshan is valley waste landfill, including 3 selection site of 1.419 km2 in area respectively. His paper which based on the main clue of site engineering geological environmental condition and sufficient collection of data obtained the following research results with system research effort,(1)The controlling factors of Environmental Geological in siting has been studied based on the general controlling factors of hazardous waste siting. Furthermore, a criterion has been set up, which has been applied to hazardous waste siting project in Chengdu.(2)The research area is located on the middle part of the west limb of box compound anticline which consisted of east slope of Longquanshan fault and the west slop of Longquanshan fault within Longquanshan fault zone along NNE~NE. No fault structure was found in the research area where 3 sets of fracture have been developed here. exposure strata is jurassic to the middle part of upper Penglaizhen Group(J3p2), which is mainly consist of aubergine mudstone, sandy mudstone, shaly sand.The upper strata of the segment exposed in this project area is mainly mudstone and interbeded sandstone, the middle is thick massive sandstone intecalated with mudstone, bottom is mainly mudstone and interbeded sandstone.(3)The Preelection site 1# and 2# lie between Jinlongshi anticline and Luojiashan syncline,because of the influence of Sifangshan fault and Longquanshan fault, there is a diverse formation occurrence. According to stratigraphic distribution and variation characteristics of formation occurrence, the major structure in project area is short axis anticline along NNE, The Preelection 3# lies in the middle part of the west limb of box compound anticline which consisted of east slope of Longquan mountain fault and the west slope of Longquanshan fault within Longquanshan fault zone along NNE~NE. The general strike of Longquanshan fault is N20~30oE.(4)There is no spring site of loose accumulational inner pore water from Quaternary system been found at Preelection site 1# and 2#, and there are spring sites of loose accumulational inner pore water from Quaternary system been found in around B9 central south of site area Preelection 3#,with a small debris flow.(5)geological hazard in the preelection site 1# and 2# is mainly small scale collapse, more over, there are 3 landslides which are not too large in scale. Preelection of site 3# are mainly 2 landslides, 15 collapses, and 4 unstable slopes.(6)The use of comparative method educed that site 3# has 4 perfect geological environment factors, site 2# has two perfect factors, and site 1# has one factor. Site 3# can be used as hazardous waste disposal center in Chengdu.( 7 ) By using fuzzy mathematics method, mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were established for three sites according to determined index system and index weight determined by experts. Site 3# is the perfect site of hazardous waste disposal center.
