Research On NC Machining Simulation

The fast development and extensive application of NC machining technology saved a lot of time of mechanical manufacture, and increased precision of manufacture a certain extent.But there are so many slow work mode like repeated technics design and handmaded programme in a lot of manufacturing corporation in our country,so,many advanced NC machine can not be used plenarily,and the efficiency's increase is limited.So, study and using the technology about computer aided manufacturing(CAM) is quite necessary.Using the CAM software to simulate the process,programme automatically, and optimize,we will increase the NC machine's efficiency,cut the time of manufacturing,and increase product' quality.This thesis studied the simulation about the NC machining with computer from the CAM technology,auto programme, simulation technology and optimization. After analyse the technics process about the part based it's characteristic,we using the CAM software to simulate the process and programme automatically,then validate and optimize the NC program and the whole manufacturing,and finally, output the correct and efficient NC program.The NC program passed through simulate and optimize can advance the efficiency of the machining,and it can be used direct on the NC machine, so the machine can be used plenarily then.
