| Traditional beam-pumping unit must transform Rotational motion to linear motion through the intermediate.However, linear motor pumping unit can directly drive rod producting oil by using the linear motion of motor.It save energy significantly and greatly reduce maintenance costs.High-power and low-speed permanent magnet synchronous linear motors (AC PMLSM) possess many characteristics,such as strongly nonlinear, time-varying parameters and strong electromagnetic coupling.At present, there is no suitable intelligent control system for control of this new direct-drive system.Based on the AC PMLSM servo drive systems and optimizing pumping control system,analyse and research hardware architecture of the intelligent control system of extended linear motor pumping.The design and implementation of DSP+FPGA-based PMLSM AC servo control system have completed.Besides this, also complete the design of optimization of pumping control system. This paper includes the following aspects:Firstly, after the detailed analysis towarad AC PMLSM servo control system, linear motor pumping unit's work principle and optimization of pumping control system, completed a scalable intelligent control system of linear motor pumping unit.Secondly, base on the research of linear motor servo control technology and compare to several system that have been used in many projects,the design and implementation of DSP+FPGA-based structure of the all-digital linear synchronous motor servo control system hardware have accomplished.System use TMS320F2812 DSP as control kernel,and FPGA provides flexibility for the expansion of the external interface.The novel system is flexible, applicable to different situations,applicable to blocking design,and also has a short development period and is prone to keep up and upgrade.Thirdly, base on the research of the optimization of pumping control systems and analysis the functional requirements and method of the remote control, indicator diagram and pumping full test.The design of the pumping unit based on ARM embedded control optimized pumping systems have finished.In this paper, the work of the linear motor pumping unit intelligent control system will provide a powerful scalable hardware platform. It also lays the foundation. of realization of complex linear motor servo control strategy,optimization of pumping control system and engineering. |
