| Liquid-liquid hydrocyclone-filter is a new kind of high-efficient compound body by hydrocyclone and filtration that developed on the basis of regular liquid-liquid hydrocyclone and filtration separation equipment. Aimed at feasibility of the hydrocyclone-filter made by capillary material applied in the sewage treatment ,lots of research work have been done. The hydrocyclone-filter has the qualities of simple structure, strong handling capacity, small separation granularity and high separation velocity, etc. It is a new kind of equipment for city sewage disposal treatment.Confirming the scheme of hydrocyclone-filtrations, measuring the result of sewage, studying the filter characteristic of the hydrocyclone-filtration are all the conents of the paper which describe the characteristic of the equipment. The separation mechanism of liquid-liquid hydrocyclone-filter is researched starting with the classical Darcy law and Kozeny-Carman's equation,and to analyze the liquid-liquid separation mechanism of liquid-liquid hydrocyclone-filter.At the same time, the fluid resistance received in the deep filter is studied.The formula between the clean filter's resistance and filter's speed, the dirty filter's resistance and filter's speed are gained.It is clear that the relation of the filter's resistance changed with the different parameters, the corrupt filter's pressure distributing and filtrating amount flux.Multiphase flow is adopted to analize the mixing model. The distribution and separating performance of oil-water flow field has been calculated. The designed hydrocyclone-filter prototype is as a model, its properties are confirmed, the original model is optimized and a new type of hydrocyclone-filter is constructed.The best working condition of remanufactured prototype is confirmed. On the other hand, the corrosive analysis on the material of main parts on liquid-liquid hydrocyclone-filter has been done, and the security and reliability of the equipment has been researched, which can offer a strong foundation for practical application.The work of this thesis is the foundation for further research of the liquid-liquid hydrocyclone-filter,also provided some experiences to practical application. |
