| These years, the initial application of electric heating flexible continuous sucker rod shows its special advantages in exploitation of heavy oil in deep wells. But the theoretical research and technical support are limited, so, the researches on dynamic analysis of electric heating flexible continuous sucker rod have been made in this paper.The structure and dynamic characteristics of electric heating flexible continuous sucker rod have been analyzed. Dynamic characteristics of electric heating flexible continuous sucker rod and multi-stage combined rod are simulated by using finite element software in this paper, the displacements, velocities and loads of each key point are obtained. They can provide a theoretical basis for designing pumping units and compound sucker rod and down-hole fault diagnosis. Compared with traditional hollow sucker rod, electric heating flexible continuous sucker rod is superior in energy saving and load-decreasing.Aiming at improving efficiency of sucker rod pumping system, the influence of ratio of up-stroke velocity to down-stroke velocity on pump efficiency has been analyzed, and optimal design of ratio of up-down stroke velocity has be done on this basis.The conclusions obtained in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of this sucker rod, and have practical values. |
