| As a result of the limited principle which is transmitting some energy to a part of the mud, the supercharging system must have complex hydraulic pressure transformation organization. As complex institutions easily lead to accident in the limited space and the worst conditions, it is extremely necessary to develop a new type of pressure devices.In accordance with the experimental device, which is designed by the principle of similitude to investigate the motion behaviors of bottom drill string, some experiments have been done to understand the axial vibration characteristics of bottom string in straight hole. The results of analysis also provide important data to design of drilling string shock absorption & down -hole hydraulic pressurizing system. It is very beneficial for improving the rate of penetration.According to the results of drill string longitudinal vibration study, the overall structure and main parts of the device is designed and checked. We know it is reasonable on design of drilling string shock absorption & down hole hydraulic pressurizing system through important parts of examination process, including dish shape spring, outer sleeve and cylinder jacket. Through the simulation by dynamic mechanical simulation tool PRO /ENGINEER Wildfire, the results prove that the drilling string shock absorption & down hole hydraulic pressurizing system can be feasible.On the basis of the results of these studies, all the parts design of the system are completed, such as machining drawings, overall assembly drawings, and so forth. Prototype's tests on the ground has bean done. The predicted results by the model are also in good agreement with the experimental data. The result is satisfactory. A good foundation is made for predicting the results of field test. |
