Heat-exchanger is an equipment which transmits part of heat between cold fluid and thermal fluid, also known as heat-converter.Because of mature technology and easy maintenance,the tubular heat-exchanger is widespread applied in petroleum chemical industry,Steel industry,food industry,power station,the textile industry,chemical fiber industry,pharmaceutical industry.There is strong possibility of heat-exchanger's maintenance duo to its widespread application,and especially because the Physical and chemical properties of heat-exchanger medium are different ,the heat-exchanger has diferent damage forms.it is reported around the world that the ninety percent of damage in heat-exchanger result from corrosion.Generally speaking,heat-exchanger is made of matellic material,and serve under the circumstances of high temperature and high pressure.At the same time,the cold,hot,acid,Alkali fluid and gas and liquid contact directly and mix, and then exchange heat,so the corrosion situation is very serious.This paper mainly research the corrosion way,reason,mechanism of heat-exchanger.Through scene investigation in heat-exchanger,sample and analysis of corrosion products ,the corrosion mechanism of heat-exchanger is researched, and the measures which control corrosion of heat-exchanger and some concrete solution are proposed.This paper mainly proposes methods and techniques of anticorrosion coating:Ni-P coating,three compound coating,sacrifice anode and organic pharmacy injection to control heat-exchanger corrosion.
