| The thesis is composed of two parts: the work of first part is mainly on the transformations of trifluoroacetimidoyl and bromodifluoroacetimidoyl halides which was finished in Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry , Chinese Academy of Sciences (from chapter 1 to chapter 4); The second part is mainly on the improvements of organic synthetic methods catalyzed by Lewis acid catalyst which was carried out in Jinan University (from chapter 5 to chapter 7). The last chapter gives the whole thesis a summarization and expectation.In chapter 1, the origination of fluorine chemistry and the significance of this section are introduced.In chapter 2, according to the work of the reported methods, we gave an improved path for the synthesis of bromodifluoroacetic acid, a desired yield was obtained by using this method.In chapter 3, a series of trifluoroacetimidoyl and bromodifluoroacetimidoyl halides were synthesized successfully by using one-pot synthetic method, and good yields were obtained, in the meanwhile, we have discussed the influence of substituted group on the aromatic cycle.In chapter 4, some researches on the chemical transformations of trifluoroacetimidoyl and bromodifluoroacetimidoyl halides were introduced.In chapter 5, an introduction was given on several improved organic synthetic methods catalyzed by Lewis acid catalystsIn chapter 6, an introduction was given on the synthesis of 1,1-diacetates by using two diferent improved methods.In chapter 7, two improved methods were displayed on the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(lH)-one.In chapter 8, we give the whole thesis a sumerization and expectation. |
