With the science and technology development and energy consumption sharp increase, the natural fossil energy is more and more scarce. As our country main energy resource, rational development and use of coal, and reducing it to the environment pollution, is important task which our basic research for application faces. The coal is the mixture which is composed by the many kinds of mineral substance and the organic matter, the coal combustion process including the volatile and coke combustion. The volatile is composed by the many kinds of hydrocarbons, because of its combustion complex mechanism, reaction time rapid, the coal combustion process research mostly revolves the carbon combustion to carry on. Study of volatile combustion mechanism is very few.In this article, take eight kind of pulverized coal in the tubular reactor as the fundamental research object, as volatile combustion the testing to carry on the preliminary attempt. There are study with emphasis in 600 ℃800℃ this temperature sector, the different coal plants, under the different particle size and the different temperature volatile combustion reaction dynamics rule, through to the different test method analysis comparison, chose has carried on the test with the gas chromatography analysis method to the coal volatile combustion product, through above experiment and to tentative data processing, obtained the quite ideal result, and the union experimental study result, has carried on the analysis to the reaction mechanism.By research obviously, under tubular reactor test condition of volatile combustion, CO2 production quantity far is smaller than the CO production quantity, it's more obvious for low temperature. For different coal, CO2 and CO difference is very obvious in outcomes of volatile combustion. If CO2 density is high, CO is also high. Reaction temperature influences CO2 and the CO content in outcome of combustion very much. For the high volatile coal, along with temperature elevating, CO2 production quantity increases, also peak time advance, but after temperature achieved 750℃, the CO2 peak value no longer increases, 750 ℃ peak value even reduces, but peak time obviously is ahead of time. Granularity influences product CO2 and the CO density also very big, Granularity is bigger, CO2 and CO production speed all obviously drops.
