The research on the polymer crystallization kinetics behavior based on related experiment and test methods is always published on many journals, but very few people research the crystallization kinetics behavior of the polymer molded by vibrating injection. On the other hand, various polymer molding simulation methods are emerged due to the rapid development of the computer technology. This paper will discuss the creation of the mathematics model to simulate the crystallization kinetics behavior of polymer molded via injection in vibrating field based on the theory equation and the characteristics of the vibrating injection device.The modelling target is the vibrating injection molding device designed by our own technique task group. This device incorporate the shearing vibrating and pressure vibrating together which facilitates the mechanics property of the polymer product. To represent the kinetic mechanism of the crystallization behavior, the mathematics model is set up based on the Amrami equation considering the related factors concerning the crystallization of polymer and the effect to polymer crystallization caused by rheological behavior during the shearing process. The model also results from the incorporation of the device characteristics and Clausius Clapeyron equation and simplified by the factors including vibration frequency,swing and pressure etc. The modelling result gotten...
