| With the rapid development of the micro electro mechanical systems, the requirements of microparts become more and more urgent. As one of micro manufacture ways, micro plastic forming has quite important station in the precision, high quality and mass production forming of microparts. In this thesis, the micro tensile properties of micro specimen of 3003 aluminum alloy foil are studied. The numerical simulation and experiments are used to study the micro deep drawing process. The micro drawn cup with good quality is successfully fabricated, which diameter is 1mm.The influences of the specimen width and the size of crystal grain on tensile strength, anisotropy parameter and the surface quality of 3003 aluminum alloy foil are studied, through micro tensile test. The results show a decrease of tensile strength and mean vertical anisotropy and an increase of plane anisotropy with a decreasing of the width of specimen. With an increase of annealing temperature, grain size and tensile strength are decrease. Because the deformation of grain is non-homogeneous, the surface quality of specimen becomes worse after recrystallization anneal.In this paper, the software DYNAFORM is used to study the deforming rules during the micro deep drawing process. According to the simulation, the variation rules of stress and thickness in sheet metal parts are analyzed. The failure form of micro deep drawing is studied. The influence of the punch and female die radius of rounded corner on limit drawing ratio is investigated.The micro deep drawings dies are designed and manufactured, whose diameter of female die are 1mm and 2mm. The influence of the forming conditions on the quality of micro drawn cup is studied by experiment, such as material state, relative thickness and diameter of female die. The surface of topography of the formed parts is observed and analyzed by SEM. The results of experiments indicate that the surface quality of micro drawn cup whose blank is in recrystallization state is better than that who's blank is in rolling state.
