With the improving use of high polymer products, people pay more and more attention to the new process and new arts and crafts of high polymer. The process of mechanical ram extruder is developed in recent years, it is singular in our country. Because its characteristic comparing with other high polymer normal processes, it can be used in processing UHMWPE, PTEF, and so on, which are high viscoelastic materials.The process of mechanical ram extruder uses slot-and-crank mechanism supplying its punch power, and carrying out the continuous extrusion with the to-and-fro punching of the high velocity punch.
