| In order to further improve inhibitor of copper in water , the synthesized technics of inhibitor of copper - DG-1 was mended and developed , to try to research a new type of inhibitor with better inhibitor ability to replace BTA which is widely used recently .In this article , on the base of using quadrature methods to optimize synthesized technics of DG-1 of several fall dues students, measure steps of changing the amount of sodium hydroxide , sodium chloroacetate and increasing the times of repeated crystal were adopted to optimize the synthesized technics The exist of DG-1 and pureness degree of 92% was analyzed by Mass Spectrum and liquid chromatogram. The inhibitor capability was tested using weightlessness and polarzation cure methods showed that the carboxlic acid inbihitor for copper had the advantage over BTA inhibitor .DG-1 mixed with BTA in this article to study their synergistic effects and gained a new type of compound inbitihor DG-2 . The experiments using weightlessness and polarzation cure methods showed that in fresh water and seawater for copper DG-2 had the advantage over BTA and DG-1 used simplely, in fresh water for brass DG-2 had the advantage over BTA and DG-1 used simplely.The greased ramification of DG-1 was synthesized in this article . Its MS Spectrum and liquid chromatogram was analyzed and its electrochemistry test was processed. |
