| In this study, it researched the method to make high strength wood-based product with wood machining residues and proper dosage of tannin from Larch under high pressure and temperature without further adhesion.On the basis of analyzing the influence factors on mechanical properties of molded products, the principles are the sieve of wood flour, moisture content and hot-pressing temperature. While in the experiments of impregnated raw materials, the main factors are sieve of wood flour, impregnated ratio and time.Through testing the mechanical performance of molded product with density of 1.2 g/cm3, moisture content of 8%, sieve of wood flour over 0.105mm, hot-pressing pressure of 100MPa, temperature of 190 , time of 16min, DSM 2.458GPa, MOR 13.22MPa were obtained. In the experiments of mixed raw materials, under the conditions of wood flour and tannin ratio 2:1, hot-pressing time 12 min, the mechanical properties of molded products was enhanced, which DSM 5.36GPa and MOR 29.3MPa were achieved. In the experiment of impregnated raw material, under the conditions of impregnated time 20h, temperature 50 , impregnated ratio 1:120, the mechanical characteristic of molded products was improved, which DSM 5.76GPa, MOR 33.4MPa were obtained.By studying compound mechanism with FTIR, it was proved that the main chemical structures have changed. The possible reasons were explained in the meanwhile. The relations between dynamic performance, structural parameter, as well as external variable with DMA were also analyzed. |
