| With the object of wall rock in mining roadway, its stability classification and support technology are studied in detail. The technology and experiences inside and outside of state are summed up. Based on analyzing the factors influencing on the stability of wall rock in mining roadway, mining depth, ratio to top coal thickness and mining height, ratio to mining height and roadway height and rock strength with weights are determined as classification parameters. The measuring method for parameters are given. Classification parameters are measured in locale.The method of expert remark collects experts' wisdom to make decision, avoiding subjectivity and unilateralism brought by individual's views. This method settles the problems of qualitative and quantitative parameters with quantitative method. The method of expert remark determined the swatchs of wall rock in mining roadway. Because of the heigh non-linearity and fuzziness of the classcification objects, the artifical neural network which is heigh credible and quantitative, integrative, high accurate is used for classcification. Based on the mode-identify and ANN theory, the ANN is constructed and the calculate method is selected to the projective applications. Such classcification method with ANN is a kind of novel non-linear numerical method.The result is consistence with project pracitises. It safeguards the produce and improves the economic benefits.The bolt supporting is a simple structure active supporting method.It is low-cost, easy transportation and construction and better effect to control the wall rock' distortion .It is used widely outside of state and should be popularized inside of state.The key technology for bolt supporting in mining roadway is put forward, such as pre-anchoring bolt, flexible boltand combining bolt. Based on the classification the support methods correspond to every stability level of wall rock are put forward. |
