| After a destructive earthquake, generally governments will rapidly dispatch a emergency rescue force to the seismic devastated area to save people's lives and property. However, emergency rescue should focuses on the simulation training in every day. Previous to a major earthquake the simulation training required a proper simulation of the damaged structure. Now, by the proper use of a computer program, a building can be simulated. Virtual rescue exercises have become the development trend of rescue exercises since it have been demonstrated to be an effected tool.Frame Structures is one of the most common type structures which is widely used in the cities and counties in China, the rescue job of frame structures after an earthquake is becoming an important part of the emergency rescue. Conduct a simulation of frame structure has an important practical significance. The main objective of this work is to discuss the use of the computer program ArcGis and 3d Max to simulate the damaged state of frame structures. Therefore, by the use of the computer software of ArcGis and 3d Max, this paper mainly discussed the visualization of the seismic damaged state of the frame structure and the realization method of the earthquake disaster scene of cities. which is based on three-dimensional terrain,the specific research work are as follows:In this paper, Wenchuan earthquake, Taiwan Chi-Chi earthquake and the Kobe earthquake damage information is collected. The different damage states of the frame structure are classified and a brief analysis of the damage is summarized. As part of this study a typical damage scene of a frame structure is presented with the different classified damage states of the frame structure, A brief analysis of the damage is presented to explain the damage phenomenon.After the classification of frame structure according to the code, based on the classification of frame structure, the method of using the software of 3d Max to make intact model is researched, the simulation of damaged filling wall and plastic hinge of column is initially realized combining image processing software Photoshop which is used to extract the damage textures of frame structure from the earthquake disaster pictures, and the damage textures is used in 3ds Max software models by mapping methods.Combining the software of CAD and 3dmax the collapsed filling wall and crack of serious damage wall is simulated. the model of slightly damaged ,medium damaged and serious damaged model is established through reasonable combination of these damaged components. In order to simulate the majority of damaged building by some textures of frame the construction of damage textures database is proposed. In order to regulate the establishment of model some modeling standard is proposed. Under the 3d terrain which is created by Digital Elevation Model and remote data in the GIS platform, the general idea of the simulation of a damaged city is created, and the specific technology of the simulation of city is proposed, the preliminary simulation of earthquake field is realized. Take Shishi city for example, three-dimensional models of city are created and the different damage state of the city in the different intensity is displayed as different color. And after the damaged models are imported into ArcGis the damaged city is realized. |
