The latent heat which is liberated of the tropic convection is the main heat that drives the global atmosphere circulation. So that the change and the abnormity activity of the tropic convection has importance impact on the global climate variety. The temperature of the Warm Pool in the Western Tropic Pacific is the highest of the global, and the sea-atmosphere interaction is very acuity. It makes the area be one of the main convection centers of the global tropical and inflect the climate of the China. The mid-low river of Yangzi is one of the most development areas. But the frequently disaster hurt the economic seriously. So the research of the regional climate can help the economic development and reduce the economic losing because of the climate disaster.Using the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis atmosphere data, we make use of the correlation and the synthesize methods for studying the character of the Philippine convection and the impact of the rainfall. Then we research the mechanism of the impact from the atmosphere planet wave and the numerical mode. The essence results of the paper are as follows.The vicinity of Philippine region has strong abnormal convection in summer and it also has distinct annual and decade variety. In the strong convection years, it is the +-+ departure structure distribution from China to the North Pacific then to the western of the North American. When in the weaker convection years, it is the reverse. With the point of the remote correlation, the transmitting energy with the latitude wave for 1,2,3 is probable the connection method between the Philippine convection and the troposphere in the North Hemisphere.In the strong years of the Philippine convection, the rainfall in mid-low river of Yangzi is few and in the weak years, it is more.We simulate the Philippine convection impacting on the rainfall in mid-low river of Yangzi in summer for the CAM. The results from the simulation certify that when the convection is weak, the rainfall is more and also the reverse. It is also approved that the Eastern and Middle Pacific in spring has great impact on the convection and the rainfall. In balance, we can forecast the rainfall in summer from the change of the temperate in the Pacific in spring.
