Leptodermis ordosica H.C.Fu et E.W.Ma belong to Rubiaceae and Leptodermis Wall, which are ranked to the second protected plant. It has more branches and the branches are flat,shap are differential,leave are velvet and leathery, the color of flowers is fresh. Florescence is long. They are ornamental. They are not only the virescence trees in courtyard of aridity, but also miniature garden which use to lay parterre. Also they have medical value. The passage do primary research on vitro system of Leptodermis ordosica H.C.Fu et E.W.Ma, which to learn how the different explant and culture and other condition affect tissue culture of Leptodermis ordosica H.C.Fu et E.W.Ma . the result of passage filter the best explant and the best prescription of culture medium. Questing for the growth way of somatic embryogenensis estabishes foundation for the future research, and offer the basic material for the genic engineering. Besides the research estabish the system of cell suspension culture of Leptodermis ordosica H.C.Fu et E.W.Ma, which offer the theory foundation for enlarging source of plant which are in severe danger and producting secondary metabolites. The main structure of research are as follows:1.The best explant of Leptodermis ordosica H.C.Fu et E.W.Ma is leaves.
