A bacteria strain, numbered DBD11, was isolated from the oil and water mixture sample gathered from the ChangQing Oil field .It is able to make crude oil as the sole silicon source and generate biosurfactant, organic acid and biogas. For the strain the suitable temperature range is 40℃-55℃,the concentration range of sodium chloride is 5%-9% and the pH value range is 5-9.The testing results show that after seven day's fermenting the bacteria strain DBD11, under the optimal conditions, i.e. the temperature 45℃,the concentration of sodium chloride 7% and the pH value 7.2, is able to make the crude oil viscosity decline to the undermost and the lowering rate is 56%. The biosurfactant tested preliminarily is lipopeptide or lipoprotein and the average content in fermentation solution per 100mL is 1.4g.The organic acid is formic acid and acetic acid and the average content in fermentation solution per 100mL is 202mg.The average biogas output is 12mL from fermentation solution per 100mL. Fermented by the bacteria strain DBD11,the crude oil's relative content of isoparaffin ascend and the content of paraffin and bitumen-colloid descend respectively by 31.3% and 9.0%.The result of imitation oil displacement experiment shows that the bacteria strain DBDn can elevate averagely the crude oil output by 40%.The strain's ability to displace oil is very sound and it has the prospect to be used in site oil recovery.
