Based on the extended boundary condition method and addition theorem of vector spherical functions , this paper study the light scattering problems of aggregate spheres from the angles of a single sphere, two-sphere system and multi-spheres system. For a single sphere, T matrix method is compared with Mie theory in both equation expression and numerical results. For two-spheres system, we present the concrete expression of the T matrix in such a system. And some numerical results obtained by this expression are compared well with experimental data. Different kinds of quantities such as the refractive index, the size parameter, etc., which affect the scattering matrix and the scattering intensity in fixed orientation and random orientation are discussed separately. An experiential criterion of determine the size parameter of larger sphere in two-spheres system in random orientation is proposed. And for aggregate spheres,the direction of incident wave, different numbers of spheres in the scattering system are considered as the main part hi studying the light scattering property for such a system. This paper also include two kinds of model in aggregation process and discuss its fractal characteristic. Furthermore, initial analysis on organic molecule with specifically structure and function are also be made.
