| Fruits,vegetables,meat,aquatic products and other agricultural products are perishable and spoiled,which not only reduces the nutritional value of food,but also causes food quality and safety problems.In order to ensure the quality of agricultural products,it is very important to use cold chain logistics in the circulation of agricultural products.But the existing agricultural products cold chain logistics cannot meet the demand in our country.According to estimates by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,our country loses about 16 million tons of potatoes,206 million tons of vegetables and 30 million tons of fruit every year,which corresponds to a loss of about 59.2 billion Yuan.So,China urgently needs to improve the operation level of agricultural cold chain logistics and reduce the loss of agricultural products caused by the low operation level of agricultural cold chain logistics.However,there is a lack of the operation level of agricultural cold chain logistics in the existing research.Therefore,it is very important to propose the research on the operation level and mechanism innovation of agricultural cold chain logistics in this study.The research process is divided into the following parts: Firstly,the analysis framework and model of the operation level of agricultural cold chain logistics are put forward by applying system theory,logistics system,agricultural economy,operation theory,agricultural logistics and other theories.Secondly,this study used PCA and RBF neural network model,DEA method to measure agricultural cold chain logistics operation demand,ability,and efficiency.At the same time,this study analyzed the operation demand,capacity and operating efficiency of agricultural products cold chain logistics operation mechanism.Thirdly,this study put forward the mechanism and strategy to improve the operation level of cold chain logistics of agricultural products.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)This study construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics operation level analytical frame and model can better explain the mechanism of the agricultural products cold chain logistics operation level,the research show that this framework and the design of the model expanded the boundary of agricultural products cold chain logistics in this research.(2).There are differences in operation demand,capacity and efficiency of agricultural cold chain logistics in provinces of the Silk Road Economic Belt.Based on the spatial weight matrix of adjacency distance,the analysis of the influencing factors of operational efficiency of agricultural cold chain logistics shows that the operational efficiency of agricultural cold chain logistics has a significant positive spatial correlation.The direct effect of scientific and technological innovation,economic development level,industrial structure and urbanization on the operation efficiency of agricultural cold chain logistics is positive.Science and technology innovation,economic development level of agricultural products cold chain logistics operational efficiency of the indirect effect is positive,the industrial structure of agricultural products cold chain logistics operational efficiency of the indirect effect is negative and it not through the level of significance test.the urbanization of agricultural products cold chain logistics operational efficiency of the indirect effect is positive,but it not through the level of significance.However,the direct effect of scientific and technological innovation,economic development level,industrial structure and urbanization on the operation efficiency of agricultural cold chain logistics is obviously greater than the indirect effect.Intensity of foreign direct investment,information,transportation of agricultural products cold chain logistics operation efficiency has a negative direct effect.FDI,information,transportation,intensity of agricultural products cold chain logistics operational efficiency of the indirect effect is negative,and the intensity of FDI,information,transportation of agricultural products cold chain logistics operation efficiency is bigger than the direct effect of indirect effect.(3).The operation demand of agricultural products cold chain logistics will have an impact on the operation level of agricultural products cold chain logistics after a period of time,but it appears and will exert a great force on the operation level of agricultural products cold chain logistics,and it show nonlinear characteristics.In the short term,the operation demand of agricultural cold chain logistics and the operation mechanism of agricultural cold chain logistics have great influence on the operation level of agricultural cold chain logistics.However,the operational capability and operational efficiency of agricultural cold chain logistics have little influence on the operational level of agricultural cold chain logistics.This study proposes that operational demand is the power source of agricultural cold chain logistics,and operational capacity and efficiency are the auxiliary power of agricultural cold chain logistics operation.The dynamic mechanism of operation demand is the core of the operation of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,and the other two sub-mechanisms play their roles around the operation demand mechanism.(4)On the basis of analyzing various factors affecting the operation mechanism and analyzing the relationship between stakeholders of agricultural cold chain logistics operation,this study constructed five parts of agricultural cold chain logistics operation guidance,transformation,integration,strengthening and guarantee mechanism.The guiding,transforming and integrating mechanism is the main operation mechanism of agricultural cold chain logistics operation,and it is the leading force of agricultural cold chain logistics operation mechanism.The strengthening and safeguard mechanism is the auxiliary operation mechanism,which plays a normative and auxiliary role to the main mechanism.The above mentioned operational level mechanism will help improve the operational capacity and efficiency of agricultural cold chain logistics. |
