Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)is a widely used wireless communication technology.Traditional silicon-based RFID tags are inconvenient to be applied in many new scenarios of the Internet of Things(Io Ts)due to lack of optical transparency.Meanwhile, the security development of existing RFID tags in lightweight applications is insufficient and the communication is vulnerable to attacks. In this thesis, the following work was carried out for the existing problems:1.A low-cost transparent Zn O TFT technology process with only five masks was proposed.Due to Zn O TFT lacks P-type devices and it’s hard to form complementary circuits,a process for deuterium doping was proposed according to the effect of doping on the channel mobility of Zn O.The enhanced and depleted devices with good performance were fabricated on the same wafer.2.The analog modules, digital cells, and read-only memory units were carried out and verified under Zn O TFT technology.A novel transparent high-frequency passive RFID tag based on Zn O TFT was realized and tested successfully.3.The circuit of anti-collision algorithm in ISO-14443-A protocol was designed for multi-tags identification. The anti-collision module was integrated with the RFID tag successfully based on Zn O TFT technology. It is the first time that a highfrequency passive transparent RFID tag with anti-collision function was realized with Zn O TFT worldwide.4.A lightweight authentication encryption algorithm called ASCON was selected as the prototype and implemented.According to its side-channel leakage,“Reversed Grouping Padding” and “Appended Random Delay” strategies were proposed based on hiding technology with low hardware costs.A low-power high-throughput RFID security chip was realized and tested successfully.
