| Chinese folklore has always been a tradition of rural research.In the context of globalization and modernization,folklore research is facing the problem of transformation.In recent years,more scholars have put forward the issue of the transformation of traditional folklore to urban folklore.In this context,this paper attempts to explore the multi-faceted interaction between the returning groups and the local villagers in the context of contemporary rural construction,in order to sort out the logic of the formation of village identity in the context of contemporary rural construction,using community theory and referring to the rural research paradigm and taking the return practice of "returning group" as a case.From the academic level,the returning group not only returns from the city to the countryside,but also travels between the city and the countryside.The attention to this group is unified with the research of folklore based on "human".At the same time,we can consider the urban and rural spatial dimensions to meet some problems in the study of contemporary urban folklore.From the realistic level,the research of this paper is expected to observe the differences of urban and rural development and the related contradictions in the context of modernization,and provide a path reference for the development of reality.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:The first chapter mainly expounds the origin and significance of the research;The paper summarizes the domestic rural construction practice research,the rural construction research under different disciplines,the rural research in the Folklore Context and the field point Bishan village;And the core concept of the paper is defined.In chapter two,the author analyzes the tendency of the countryside to be heritaged and aesthetically in the context of modernization,and presents the field point Bishan village has the cultural heritage and aesthetic characteristics of the ancient village;However,due to the development and change of the village,Bishan village is gradually marginalized by the world natural and cultural heritage sites such as Xidi and Hongcun.With the arrival of a group of rural builders,Bishan village began to enter the public vision into a network red village.In the third chapter,the author expounds the return strategy of the villagers to become neighbors by assisting local villagers to rent land and buying ancient houses through villagers or village committees by presenting the return behaviors of the foreign rural construction groups mainly including the oding,zuojing and dingmu’er,the second generation of returning home.They also try to show their daily life in Bishan village,such as following the rural habits of work and rest,customs and customs and culture,so as to obtain the villagers’ good feelings.The returnees expect to eliminate the villagers’ strange and suspicious about the returning people in the city in the way of "living together",so as to make the villagers identify with them as "Bishan people" “ The strategy of "turning unfamiliar to familiar" also laid the foundation for the practice of rural construction that they would carry out later.Chapter four,the specific discussion of the community of returning home-Bishan community practice.Among them,the most influential factors are the transformation and activation of local buildings,such as changing the old abandoned ancestral hall into Bishan book office,the old oil factory into residential accommodation,and the supply and marketing agency as the industrial and
