| The rise of Blockchain technology has brought strong changes to the information society.Many applications based on Blockchain technology have provided digital empowerment for social development,which has had a profound impact in the fields of politics,economy,technology and culture.As an emerging information technology,Blockchain technology has opened up a new path for the development of the information society by virtue of the innovation in network structure,system function and application mode.Blockchain technology system can weaken or eliminate the dependence of traditional information network on the central node,reduce the trust demand between people and between people and technology,and has the advantages of weak centralization,traceability,transparency of review,privacy protection and so on in practical application.Since the emergence of Bitcoin in 2008,Blockchain technology has made great progress.It has experienced three stages,mainly cognitive understanding,application exploration and system upgrade.The development trend of Blockchain technology reflects the unique evolution path of this technology,including the evolution process of system,cognition and application.At the system level,the network structure and system performance of Blockchain technology continue to improve and expand,and it begins to combine with other information technologies.At the cognition level,the connotation and development concept of Blockchain technology are constantly enriched.Three main concepts of cryptocurrency,smart contract and decentralized application have emerged,which have an impact on the cognitive activities of human society,mainly manifested as changes in efficiency and value.At the application level,exploratory projects based on Blockchain technology have been launched quickly,promoting the innovation of relevant policies,financial services,business models and industrial transformation,and even influencing the direction of public opinion.With the advancement of the evolution process,the network structure,technical function,market application and social scene surrounding Blockchain technology continue to expand,and social development can gain more benefits from it.As a result,not only people’s daily life and work style will change,but also the whole information society may change.At present,the technical concepts,system structure and application forms in the field of Blockchain technology are being updated rapidly,and the focus of the development of Blockchain technology is gradually moving away from its original design,which has caused a lot of controversies in society,especially the balance between the development and control of Blockchain technology needs to be solved,and this requires comprehensive consideration of Blockchain technology itself,the technical environment of the whole society,human subjective initiative and the social control system.This study examines Blockchain technology from the perspective of the philosophy of technology in order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the research content.In terms of the choice of theoretical foundation,considering the performance of Blockchain technology and the existing problems of lack of social control and ineffectiveness,the theory of technological construction tends to ignore the characteristics of the technical aspects,therefore,this study constructs the analytical framework based on the theory of technological autonomy in order to guarantee the systematicity of the research content.In terms of methodological choice,this study draws on the research paradigm of the philosophy of technological experimentation,and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative argumentation to ensure the scientific content of the study.In addition,the theory of technological autonomy focuses on the overall impact of technological systems on society at a macro level,supporting the autonomy and impact of technology through phenomena,and tends to omit the endogenous effects of a particular technology when studying it.Thus,while developing a theoretical framework based on the theory of technological autonomy,this study draws on parts of the idea of technological constructs in its approach to proposing solutions,which is also in line with the idea of a philosophical research paradigm of technological experimentation,in order to guarantee the feasibility of the research content.Through the guarantee of comprehensiveness,systematicity,scientificity and feasibility,this study is able to provide a well-reasoned analysis of the evolutionary process and control problems of Blockchain technology,and explore guiding and practical solutions to achieve the research objectives.The evolution process of Blockchain technology reflects the autonomy of Blockchain technology to a certain extent,which is mainly reflected in the change of the control relationship between Blockchain technology and human society.Blockchain technology is designed and invented by human beings.However,in the process of application,Blockchain technology gradually deviates from the initial expectation of human society,no longer completely follows the intention of the designer,and constantly affects people’s cognitive behavior,and even promotes people to reverse adapt to its development.Systematic study from the perspective of the information society,Blockchain technology forms a field of interaction with people,society and macro technology systems,and in this complex field,the original control relationship has been structurally changed,and the regulatory measures of human society for Blockchain technology have obvious limitations,indicating that the existing control system of human society does not adapt to this new technology.In the face of block chain technology,how to truly understand and form effective control in human society has become a problem worthy of reflection.Therefore,it is necessary to be fully aware of the autonomy of Blockchain technology,understand the complexity of the change of control relationship in the process of continuous evolution of block chain technology,and analyze the underlying causes of the change by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.This paper focuses on the evolution and control activities of Blockchain technology.Based on the theory of technology autonomy,it builds a research framework from the three dimensions of system,cognition and application,and conducts systematic research in order to promote people’s understanding and reflection,and improve the control effect of Blockchain technology by adjusting human society’s cognition and behavior,so as to balance the contradiction between the development and control of Blockchain technology.The main research contents include:Design the research framework based on the review of the technology autonomy theory and the development history of Blockchain technology.According to the research framework,the elements are sorted out in the three dimensions of system,cognition and application,and the evolution and control model of Blockchain technology is proposed.Demonstrate from three levels of system,cognition and application,and analyze the evolution and control activities of Blockchain technology.On the basis of qualitative discussion,empirical analysis is carried out through specific cases.Finally,a conclusion is drawn according to the results of qualitative and quantitative research.The specific process is carried out from the following aspects:Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are explained,relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed,and the overall design of the study is introduced,including the technical route,research structure and research methods,as well as possible innovations.Secondly,the relevant concepts of Blockchain and technological autonomy are sorted out,and the research framework is designed accordingly.This paper introduces the definitions,characteristics,types and network structures of Blockchain technology,clarifes relevant concepts,systematically sorts out representative viewpoints of technological autonomy,and expounds its enlightenment to Blockchain research.On this basis,the evolution and control connotation of Blockchain is explained,the research framework is constructed from three dimensions of system,cognition and application,and the evolution stages of Blockchain technology are summarized.Thirdly,this paper studies the evolution characteristics and trends of Blockchain from three dimensions of system,cognition and application,and discusses the changes of relevant control,so as to discuss the main impacts of the evolution and control activities of Blockchain technology.By sorting out the evolution and control elements of Blockchain technology in the three dimensions of system,cognition and application,a reconciliation model is constructed.The regulation state was analyzed based on the theoretical model,and empirical methods were designed,mainly including coupling coordination degree analysis,PLS-RBF prediction analysis and cohesion effect analysis.Fourthly,the qualitative discussion is verified by case analysis.Taking the development of Blockchain in China as a case to conduct empirical analysis,the policy environment,economic conditions,social attention and technical level of Blockchain in China are introduced in detail.According to the adjustment model and empirical design,collect and check the relevant index data,evaluate the control state and optimal path of the Blockchain technology,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the results of qualitative research and quantitative analysis.Finally,through the research,it is found that the evolution and control activities of Blockchain technology at the system level are becoming more and more critical.It can form an effective standard system,coordinate the control forces at other levels,and realize the two-way governance of "On-chain" and "Off-chain".The evolution and control activities of Blockchain technology at the cognitive level can continuously promote the connection between Blockchain technology and human society,affect the cognitive behavior of human society in the two dimensions of value and efficiency,and lead to the transfer of the dominant position of control.At present,the evolution and control activities of Blockchain technology at the application level are the most concerned,especially in terms of policy,economy and public opinion,which puts forward new requirements for traditional control measures.Combined with the results of case analysis,this study believes that at this stage,economic factors should be taken as the control focus,the development trend of Blockchain technology should be maintained,and supplemented with regulating and controlling other elements of the system level,the cognitive level and the application level to ensure the balance between the development and control of this technology. |
