Poetic Sensibilities And Painting Artistic Prospect

Traditional Chinese poetry and painting are great artistic heritages of China,composing the most important part of Chinese culture.This article try to articulate the origin of Chinese culture by discussing and studying way of thinking and manifestation of art of traditional Chinese poetry and painting about flowers and birds,which are Chinese styles with very long history.Chinese poetry and painting are two embodiments of art,with different artistic languages and formats.Tracing back to its origin,these two categories of traditional Chinese art,have the same root-homologous for poetry and painting.During the development of Chinese arts,from the moment bird-and-flower painting set up as individual subject,poet attached to painting are developed with the advance of bird-and-flower painting.This article sets Chinese poetry and Chinese bird-and-flower painting as studying objects,studies bird-and-flower painting and poet from the angle of imagery.The merging relation between Chinese poetry and painting are determined by the way of thinking since ancient time.This merging of the Chinese classical poetry and Chinese bird-and-flower painting decided by the thingking model of the Chinese traditional culture.This article articulates the merging relation between Chinese poetry and painting by 5 sections:The first section is introduction,which describes the status of this research area and the research methodology of this doctoral thesis.At the same time,this chapter explains the innovation point of this thesis.The chapter one describes of the connotation in Chinese poetry.The chapter two lay out the development history of the Chinese bird-and-flower painting.The chapter three lay out the specific way of merging between bird-and-flower painting and poetry.The chapter four articulates the coherence of the connotation of the Chinese poetry with the Poetic imagery beauty of the Chinese flowers and birds Painting.Poetry and painting are two most prevalent forms of art in China,which embody Chinese culture most.It can be said that Chinese culture is a kind of poetic culture,whose basic feature is thinking comparatively.People can freely demonstrate the world of soul just by a flower or leaf.In traditional Chinese society,every literary person is a poet,a calligrapher.Studying way of traditional Chinese thinking by poetry and painting is not a replaceable choice.In current more complex society,traditional Chinese poetry and painting provide a soul of home for mankind.Discussing the way of combination for traditional poetry and painting,reviving traditional bird-and-flower painting and poetry are the goal of this article.
