Due to the climate restriction,the northern economic crop facility production is concentrated in local area,and the area of continuous planting crop is single,which keeps continuous disturbance in the northern facilities vegetable production.It can lead to reduce fruit quality and yield.It will seriously affect the development of regional economy and harm farmers'vital interests.Therefore,it is of great significance to take measures to prevent the occurrence of contiguous obstacles and to repair the soil of contiguous obstacles.It has great significance meaning to maintain the sustainable development of China green and high efficiency facilities production.In this experiment we used CaO,Biochar and straw stalks three kinds of environmentally friendly and low cost materials to repair tomato 20 years of continuous cropping soil.The repair effect of these materials was discussed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of exogenous materials in the production of disordered tomato.Main results are as follows:1 The thesis clarified the different combinations of calcium oxide,straw and biochar,which could improve the physicochemical properties of tomato soil for 20 years.In the performance of large soil aggregate percentage,RCCa>0.25 mm large aggregate particles content is the highest,94.6%of the total soil.And in the performance of microaggregate,three kinds of materials can significantly increase the proportion of<0.01clay,in which the most C treatment is 46.47%.Effect of processing of separate applying straw stalk on the reduction of the soil EC is the best,0.14 mS·cm-1.R treatment in reducingthe soil bulk density is the most effect,0.84 g·cm-3.CCa porosity increased by 3.87%than CK.Compared the straw stalk and the biochar,the addition of lime can further increase soil pH value of tomato continuous cropping soil,the four combined treatments containing calcium,compared with CK,respectively raised by 0.50,0.41,0.38 and 0.37.The addition of calcitonin and straw materials can effectively improve the nutrient content of tomato continuous cropping soil.R treatment available p content is the highest,which is 31.12%higher than CK significantly.RCCa available nitrogen content is the highest which is 23.93%higher than CK significantly.The content of C of rapidly-available potassium is the highest.The the highest soil total NPK content is RCCa,RCCa and CCa respectively.In organic carbon content of various forms,CCa in SOC is the highest,RCCa in ROC is the highest,RC in LFOC is the highest,RC in DOC is the highest,RCa in MBC is the highest.The soil C/N ratio of CCa is the highest,and is significantly times higher than that of CK.So addition of three kinds of materials improved the tomato continuous cropping soil physical structure accumulated a large amount of nutrients and organic matter which are used by the survival and development of soil microorganisms and plant root system.2 It is clear that adding calcium oxide,straw and biochar can significantly improve the ecological structure of the microbial flora of tomato soil for 20 years,and reduce the content of phenolic acid from toxic substances.The soil B/F value is the largest of RC,the number of aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria is the largest of RCCs,soil ammonia-oxidizing bacteria is the highest of RC,soil bacterial population has changed of R,which richness index and diversity index were significantly higher than CK 6.00 and 0.99.It is indicated that straw straw has significant effect on soil bacteria,nitrogen-fixing bacteria and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria.Mycocommunity structure cluster analysis branch is farthest away among RCa and CK.The fungal diversity index of Ca was lower than CK.There was a decrease in the treatment of calcium oxide in the treatment of fungal diversity index,which suggested that calcium oxide has a significant effect on reducing fungal diversity.The diversity of bacterial population of ammonia of RC was 106.9%higher than CK.In the functional diversity of soil microorganisms,the utilization of carbon source is the highest of RC and R.The AWCD value of straw straw is ranked in the top four,RC>RCa,C>Ca,which indicated that straw straw is stronger than activated carbon and activated carbon is stronger than calcium oxide in improving the utilization of carbon source.The lowest concentrations of ferulic acid,cinnamic acid,hydroxybenzoic acid and benzoic acid were CCa,RCCa,RCCa and RCCa,which indicates that the addition of calcium and straw can affect the activity and diversity of the soil microorganisms.Due to the improvement of soil ecosystem,soil phenolic acid was reduced,and the comprehensive repair effect of straw straw was better than that of calcium oxide and biochar.3 The thesie makes clear that adding calcium oxide,straw and biochar,to some extent,is beneficial to the growth and development of tomato,the formation of yield and the improvement of quality,which contains straw stalks processing?RCCa,RC,RCa,R?and root vigor than other treatment increased were significantly higher than that of CK,shows that straw stalk relative to other material has more significant effect to improve root activity.As to effect of the lost in tomato soluble solids,Vc,soluble protein content and peroxidase activity of the root containing biochar processing?RCCa,RC,CCa,C?has improved and significantly higher than others of CK,instructions in these indicators biochar effect is more significant than other materials;In terms of plant growth,plant root cap ratio,root dry weight,plant dry fresh than the highest processing respectively is CCa?biochar+calcium oxide?,RCa?straw stalk+calcium oxide?,RCCa?straw stalk+biochar+calcium oxide?;RCCa?biochar+calcium oxide?has the highest yield of tomatoes.The above results show that compared with CK,adding the above three materials can improve the growth of the tomato,and RCCA is the most prominent in improving the overall performance of the indicators.4 It is clear that calcium oxide,straw and biochar can improve the photosynthesis of tomato.The net photosynthetic rate of RCCa treatment?rice straw,biochar,calcium oxide?was the highest,and it was the best to improve the photosynthetic capacity.The results of the study showed that Y?I?with biochar treatment?CCa,C,RC,RCCa?was significantly higher than that of non-biochar?Ca,R,RCa?.In the case of Y?II?,RCCa is significantly higher than RC,and CCa is significantly higher than C.RCCa for Y?NPQ?significantly below the RCa,CCa was significantly lower than the Ca,RC treatment was significantly lower than R,which showed the biochar has a significant effect to reduce blade PSII excess light energy.For Gs,RCCa was significantly higher than that of RC,RCa was significantly higher than R,CCa was higher than C,which indicated that the increase of calcium fertilizer could significantly improve the stomatal conductance of tomato.In brief,through adding calcium oxide,straw stalk,the addition of biochar,by improving the heat excess light energy dissipation ability,photosynthetic efficiency,light protection ability,photosynthetic potential,actual,and photosynthetic capacity and reduce light damage,to improve the photosynthesis of continuous cropping tomato,including calcium+biochar+straw stalk combination processing best for photosynthesis to improve the effect of continuous cropping tomato.
