Objective:The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of combining professional talents with comprehensive talents in the competency of Chinese medicine talents;to study the link between basic competency and vocational competence in the competency of Chinese medicine talents;to explore the criteria for establishing competency of Chinese medicine talents system which provide a reference basis for the training of Chinese medicine personnel,assessment and evaluation;to discuss the macro social environment,the concept of organizational environment and factors which influence the competency of Chinese medicine talents;and to explore the intrinsic relationship between the various factors.Examples are to exhibit to confirm the major factors which influence the competency of Chinese medicine talents,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on enhancing the competency of Chinese medicine talents.Methods:In order to achieve the above objectives,based on the perspective of multidisciplinary research,the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,combination of theoretical research and empirical research were applied.Methods include literature research,expert interview,empirical investigation,statistical analysis and structural equation research.This study investigated the Chinese medicine personnel of six Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangsu Province.It combined the learning theory with the environmental theory.The research model was constructed through the literature coming and expert interviews,and then the research data were obtained by issuing the questionnaire,And then use SPSS 19.0 software for descriptive statistical analysis and reliability and validity analysis.On this basis,LISREL8.70 software was used to analyze the model,test and revise the model,and verify the rationality of the relevant hypothesis.Results:The educational system in the macro-social dimension has direct impacts on the university learning environment and the hospital training environment in the organization dimension,and on the personal characteristics,the clinical ability,the scientific research ability and the knowledge reserve ability of Chinese medicine talents in the micro personal dimension.The policy environment in the macro-social dimension has a direct impact on the scientific research ability of the Chinese medicine talents in the micro-individual dimension.The college learning environment in the organizational dimension has a direct impact on the hospital training environment in the organizational dimension and on the personal characteristics and the knowledge reserve ability of Chinese medicine talents in the micro personal dimension.The hospital training environment in the organizational dimension has a direct impact on the personal characteristics,the clinical ability,the scientific research ability and the knowledge reserve ability of Chinese medicine talents in the micro personal dimension.The personal qualities of Chinese medicine competency have a direct impact on knowledge reserve,clinical ability and scientific research ability.The knowledge reserve ability in Chinese medicine competencies has a direct impact on clinical capacity and scientific research capacity.Conclusions:1 In the social macroeconomic indicators,the education system has a direct impact on the learning environment and the hospital training environment,and the university learning environment has a direct and significant impact on the hospital training environment.This shows that the education system plays an important role for improving the learning environment and hospital training environment.At the same time,it is also the key to improving personal position competencies.The current educational system has a more significant impact on the clinical ability and scientific research ability of Chinese medicine talents after the personal characteristics of Chinese medicine talents and the intermediary role of knowledge reserve factors.By changing the current education system,further applying the personal characteristics of Chinese medicine talent the knowledge reserves of Chinese medicine talent,the clinical and scientific research ability of Chinese medicine talent can be significantly improved,then the competency of Chinese medicine talents can be improved.2 In the social macroeconomic indicators,the impact of the policy environment on the scientific research ability of Chinese medicine talents was not obvious.The reason for this result may be that the existing policies of the current society have no obvious effect on the competency of Chinese medicine talents,not to say to encourage the improvement of the scientific research ability of Chinese medicine talents.Therefore,the government departments should develop the relevant incentives and policies to reward the scientific research achievements of Chinese medicine talents,encourage Chinese medicine personnel to further improve the level of scientific research.3 In the context of the organization of environmental indicators,although the university learning environment has no direct impact on the clinical competence and scientific research ability of Chinese medicine talents,it has direct impact on personal characteristics,knowledge reserves and the hospital training environment,thus plays positive role in influencing the competency of clinical ability and scientific research capacity.4 In organizational environment indicators,the hospital training environment has a direct impact on the personal traits,knowledge reserves,clinical ability and scientific research ability of Chinese medicine job competencies.At the same time,the hospital training environment has indirect impacts.Therefore,from the overall effect of job competencies,the hospital training environment plays a bigger impact on clinical research ability and research ability than on personal characteristics and knowledge reserves,which indicates that an improved training environment can effectively promote Chinese medicine job competencies.
