| We are faced with serious water pollution today.The serious water pollution events happened recently,have some common Features,like: i)the palce breaking out water pollution events is far away from cities,with a poor experimental environment;ii)Contaminant has mixed Composition,and consist of pigment,chemicals,biofouling and heavy metal pollution.The heavy metal pollution with the most serious toxicity,is 100 times smaller than others in safety concentration stipulated by the National standard.A new detect method should be approved with following characteristic: i)equipment was simple operation and high reliability;ii)Environment-friend,There has no possibility for the water pollution.iii)the method has high detecting precision,large measuring range and can detect compound pollution in water.This work achieved detection for four kinds of pollution,based on spectrophotometry and stripping voltammetry.optical detecting system was Simplified,while the reliability was improved;Algorithm resolving spectrum was designed to detect compound pollution.Boron-doped diamond thin-film electrode was prepared to replace mercury film electrode,in order to simplifying pretreatment and preventing secondary pollution to water.Based on spectrophotometry,we detected molecular pollution.We designed optical detecting system,and cancelled sine mechanism to improve reliability.A linear relationship holds between wavelength and pixel number of CCD.Detection for single contamination tested stability and precision of optical system.Preparation chromogenic reagent achieved detection for colorless chemicals and biological pollution s;Different algorithms of spectrum analysis were designed to detect mixed pollutants.We detected heavy metal pollutants,based on stripping voltammetry.Mercury Film Electrode was used as working electrode to test system performance.Mercury Film Electrode was sensitive for acidity and basicity,Spectral line of heavy metal pollutants were most complete while p H was 4.68 and enrichment time was 300 s.Boron-doped diamond thin-film electrode was prepared to replace mercury film electrode.Influence of CH4 concentration on growth rate of diamond thin-film electrode and microstructure was inquired;The way of boron concentration in diamond films influencing growth uniformity and microstructure was be found.Electrochemical measurement for Boron-doped diamond thin-film electrode was finished to acquired mechanism of conductive Structures.The way of boron concentration in diamond films influencing electrochemical window was found.The electrochemical test was done for Boron-doped diamond thin-film electrode.Boron-doped diamond thin-film electrode was used to detect heavy metal pollutants,while the sensitivity and detection limit were better than mercury film electrode. |
