Mr. Zhang Chuting is one of the famous university presidents,educationists, philosophers, and thinkers in China today, and is also an enterprising reformer, an outstanding scholar. His educational theory is profound and self-contained, highholding the banner of humanism. Its starting point is a human being, the aim of development is a human being itself, and the purpose is to promote the free and comprehensive development for human beings. Secondly, he tries to improve school-running conditions and has paved a way for the development of a school with his idea that“wealth comes from qualified personnel”. Thirdly, he makes every effort to strengthen the construction of concept culture and the carrier of implicit of school culture, thus creating a good atmosphere and improving the quality of teaching constantly.The wisdom on administration of Mr. Zhang Chuting is in his administration activities. Mr. Zhang has always fulfilled his idea of people-oriented, given full play to people’s initiative, and formed a set of school administration thought on management in spirit not in form,brimming with wisdom and glowing bright light. He thinks that human beings can be grown up and developed, and in this process, peoplecontinue to seek the truth, the good, the beauty. His wisdom on administration is embodied in the “three managements” principle: objective management, democratic management,laws and regulations management, namely “ management in accordance with the use of goal, the principles of democracy and application of laws and regulations”.
