Affordable housing is a government-led national housing project. with theprotection of the gradual expansion of the scale of affordable housing, industrializedaffordable housing will become mainstream to actively promote the protection ofhousing construction. More opportunities and challenges are offered by Policy supportfor affordable housing, building energy consumption and environmental issues arekey to green building and new energy technologies. But in the process ofindustrialization architectural practice, there are still many problems in industrialdesign methods, solar energy equipment, such as green building technologyintegration and, especially for the study in cold area where affordable housingindustrialization are integrated with green building technology. Based on the aboveissues, this article focused on the affordable housing characteristics, industrial designand energy saving technology with envelope integrated design approach which issuitable for cold regions in industrialized system of affordable housing, and active andpassive energy-saving building envelope design, and building envelope integrationdesign platform in-depth study, as well as through BIM building Informationtechnology with the integration of active and passive energy-saving technologies, optimization of a feasibility analysis of affordable housing construction in coldregions of active and passive energy-saving technology integration. From our point of view, climatic suitability, technology maturity and otherindustrialized building system is analyzed and compared, the overall proposedprefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall system is suitable for affordable housingindustrialized building system in cold regions. From the architectural design, integrated design, system integration equipment, it is researched for systemintegration design and integrated design approach proposed in industrial buildings.Secondly,28instances of affordable housing research in the cold regions isrelated to technical analysis of the system coefficient of energy consumption inbuilding envelope, flat shape, windows to walls, wall structural design parameters, for example researching and establishing the base model of affordable housing in thecold regions for further research, to provide data and support the building envelopethrough passive to active energy-saving.Thirdly, for a perspective building envelope design in passive energy-saving, selecting six typical industrial compound walls which use Designbuilder energyanalysis software for building energy consumption comparison between differentcomposite walls with composite layer of air between the concrete, to make affordablehousing suitable possible for the wall structure in the cold regions. Then, in terms of the envelope active capacity, it is analyzed for the node designand construction of solar equipment, aesthetic design and technical design. The use ofsolar photovoltaic equipment PVSYST in different installation environments benefitsthe potential of PV systems, and using photothermal computing model to study thepotential of solar thermal. Above all,1kWp square meters of photovoltaic systems andan energy-efficient solar thermal system contribution rate for future architects scale inthe cold regions (for example Shenyang) is calculated. Finally, BIM Building Information technology envelope in both active andpassive integration technology is used to integrate and optimize the design, on thebasis of qualitative and quantitative research on integrated building envelope design,to versify the feasibility of the BIM Building Information Technology andIndustrialization in building an integrated design platform, providing a convenienttool for the application of the scientific method and energy planning and constructionof industrial applications in the future of green building technology.
