Research On Enterprise Knowledge Innovation System Based On Regional Innovation Network

The 21st century is the age of knowledge economy featured with information economy, network economy and digital economy. Science and technology innovation is essentially an innovation process of new knowledge, but with the increasingly complex enterprise technology innovation environment and technology innovation process, the appearance of new technologies often need interchange and integration of knowledge from different fields, so it will be more and more difficult for the enterprises to complete the knowledge creation and technology innovation all by themselves. Therefore, the enterprise should adhere to the concept of open innovation instead of traditional closed innovation, and actively obtaining and making use of external knowledge resources to improve its knowledge innovation ability, which has become the consensus of people. But, under the background of continuously diffused knowledge economy networked logic, it is important for the enterprises to cluster innovation elements through innovation network, construct the knowledge innovation system, and achieve the sustainable knowledge innovation. The main purpose of this study is to solve this problem. It is based on the enterprise knowledge innovation system of regional innovation network, which is of theoretical and practical significance to the enrichment and development of enterprise knowledge innovation theory, as well as the improvement of enterprise knowledge innovation ability and technology innovation performance.The study is based on systematics, management, economics, and knowledge of other related fields; take the network theory, the enterprise knowledge management theory, and management system theory as the theoretical basis. The aim of the study is to construct the enterprise knowledge innovation system, focus on the knowledge transfer between regional innovation network and enterprises. Based on regional innovation, it analyzes the influence factors of enterprise knowledge innovation network, constructs the enterprise knowledge innovation system, reveals the system structure and operation process, and presents the system operating mechanism of enterprise knowledge innovation, as well as the system operating strategy by further study from various angles, so as to provide reference for the enterprise knowledge innovation practice. It analyzes the connotation, structure and feature of the regional innovation network, illustrates the types of enterprise knowledge, and defines the connotation of enterprise knowledge innovation; also analyzes the SECI model of knowledge innovation and knowledge creation field theory; through the study of inner relationship between regional innovation network and enterprises knowledge innovation, it analyzes the SECI model based on regional innovation network, reveals the process of enterprise knowledge innovation; and deeply analyzes the relationship between enterprise knowledge innovation and the science field, economic field and service field of the regional innovation network.From the angle of influencing factors, it analyzes all the elements of regional innovation network, as well as the relationship between enterprise knowledge creation ability and the enterprise technological innovation performance, presents the system research hypotheses according to the theoretical analysis, constructs the enterprise knowledge innovation concept model based on regional innovation network; conducts a questionnaire survey and data analysis; by using the structural equation model, it demonstrates in details the influence of all the elements of regional innovation network, verifies the conceptual model and the relevant hypothesis, reveals the influence on the mechanism and actual effect of enterprise knowledge innovation based on regional innovation network.From the perspective of system operation, with thorough analysis of enterprise knowledge innovation system based on regional innovation network, it presents enterprise knowledge innovation system elements, defines the boundaries of the system, reveals the causal feedback relationship between elements, and based on this, it establishes the enterprise knowledge innovation system dynamics model, and through the simulation, it summarizes the internal system operation rule, puts forward suggestions on the system optimization.From the process mechanism point of view, it establishes the comprehensive analysis framework of enterprise knowledge innovation system operating mechanism based on regional innovation network. According to the three stages of the knowledge innovation process-knowledge acquisition, knowledge absorption and knowledge creation, it presents the three big mechanism of the enterprise knowledge innovation system operation knowledge spillovers, inter-organizational learning and organization transcend ourselves, also makes a deep analysis of the above items. Therefore, it connects each stage of enterprise knowledge innovation with system operating mechanism effectively, so as to better understand the inner mechanism of enterprise knowledge innovation system based on regional innovation network.As to the countermeasures, respectively from the influence factors of enterprise knowledge innovation based on regional innovation network angle, the system dynamics analysis perspective, and the process mechanism perspective, it presents corresponding enterprise knowledge innovation system operating strategy and suggestions based on regional innovation network.
