This present study explores how to discover individual resource in large-scale distributed Internet actively and effectively. With the constancy of the network burden and the user needs, it investigates how to obtain resource anonymously, dynamically and transparently, and how to achieve search by employing intelligent semantic search instead of general keywords.The study further tries to alter the way to discover information of "pull" by client users to that of "push" information actively by server system. Accordingly, it will completely achieve decoupling in time, space and control in the Recommended Discovery Model of Distributed Information Resource Based on Publish/Subscribe (RDMPS).First of all, the characteristics of the asynchronous communication using "publish/subscribe" are analyzed. It has the advantages of time-decoupling, space-decoupling, control-decoupling (asynchronous decoupling) and communication ratio of N:M which meets the requirements of distributed computing and supply loosely-coupled communication between all actors in distributed system. We apply it as the communication foundation to exchange information resource actively in distributed environment.RDMPS system is presented in the dissertation. It expanses its function to service-agent on application level and focuses on events notification service. The RDMPS information-route is based upon the JXTA Peer to Peer Overlay Network. It supports large-scale, high-dynamic and distributed Internet environment by using interface service calling with key points of subscription management, events-management and semantic web matching.The dissertation proposes an intelligent matching algorithm about publishing-events and subscribing-condition based upon semantic Web.The algorithm respectively applies RDF graph to indicate events data model, RDF graph pattern to describe subscription data model, and OWL Specification to record concept-model. A data structure of intelligent matching algorithm is designed to contain the core operation subscription merging algorithm and semantic Web intelligent matching algorithm. The JXTA P2P Overlay Network information resource routing efficient algorithm is proposed as routing mechanism publishing event based upon Small World Theory. The JXTA P2P Overlay Network can be improved to personalize network infrastructure by configurable approach and application-specific.Pilotage Business Model System based-P2P Overlay Network is designed and implemented according to the purposeful prototype RDMPS system. It meets the practical demands of the ship pilotage business in China. This is the first resource recommended discovery system of ship pilotage business which supports lager-scale distributed computing.
