System reliability modeling and analysis are important basis for design and evaluation of the system. In practice, many important systems are characterized of complex coorelative both in space and time. In this paper, the author focuses researches on reliability model ing technologies and methods for analysis of complex coorelative systems.Based on summary of the advances and analysis of the importance of the modeling of complex coorelative system, is presented in this paper a general reliability block diagram model of system(GRBDS), which can be used to describe multi-layers complex coorelative system with node failure. A disjoint algorithm for boolean logic functions based on cubic operations is presented, and another algorithm which is based on Binary decision diagram(BDD) is also discussed. The two algorithms can both be applied for improving the computation efficiency in the analysis of GRBDS. As a result of taking node failure into consideration, most existing algorithms can not be applied directly to the analysis of GRBDS models with network structure. To solve this problem, two new approaches are put forward in this paper. One is based on the principle of network computation and is called nodes information exchange algorithm, which can be used to find out directly the minimum paths set of a network and be characterised by parallel computing. Another is called matrix decompositiom algorithm, which is based on the principle of probability decomposition method. The matrix decompostion algorithm generalizes the concept of adjacency matrix and overcomes the difficults in realization of probability decomposization method. Moreover,the key techniques for the realization of second approach on computer are given. To aid the model ing of GRBDS, is discussed a visual system reliability modeling software system(Re2000) by which GRBDS model of system can be built up conveniently and visually. The overall architecture of Re2000 and its key realization techniques are also presented.One of the most difficult problems in the field of reliability research is the modeling of complex coorelative dynamic system. In this paper, a generalized object-oriented Petrinet(GOOPN) model is presented for its analysis, and its formal description is also given. The application of GOOPN to the reliability modeling of two FMS, several commonly used system with typical structure and communication network shows that GOOPN have good modularity, reusability and maintainability, and can better reflect the dynamic behaviour of system.
