Using optical microscopy and paraffin sections of combining research methods to study the natural environment to simulate the environment and join the anti-ROS free radicals and other active substances under the conditions of five kinds of three different Chenopodiaceae:Atriplex Atriplex (Atriplex patens (Litv.) Iljin.), an alkali Kochia scoparia Kochia scoparia (Kochia sieversiana (Pallas) CA Mey.), Chenopodium quinoa (Chenopodium album L.), Chenopodium Chenopodium quinoa, quinoa is a fine Ye quinoa (Chenopodium stenophyllum Koidz.) stress in aridenvironment, the structure of the mechanism to adapt to change.Microscopic observation and bio-statistical analysis results show that:crystal, assimilation organization, storage structures, transporting, mechanical and other organizations and the stratum corneum water-structure and closely related to plant adaptation to environmental stresses of drought; to join anti-free radical active substances can increase ROS of plants to drought stress environment, ability to adapt the environment to reduce drought stress level of the structure of adaptive change. Crystal is a plant adaptation to environmental stress of drought characteristics of the typical evolution. The number of transistors and plant the ability to adapt to arid environment, a positive correlation; the number of transistors with the degree of drought, environmental stress, stress time and the growth time is positively related; crystal aggregation site with the stems, leaves, roots followed by decreasing, and the root there is generally no crystals. Join the anti-ROS free radicals active substances so that the relative reduction in the number of transistors.Assimilation organizations as representatives of the photosynthetic structure enhanced plants to adapt to arid environment, the structure of adaptive change. Mainly as follows:in plant mesophyll assimilation strengthening of the Organization; stem the increase in assimilation of the organization; pores increase in the number; veins "Flower Ring" the existence of vascular bundle sheath.Developed the storage structure, conducting tissue, and the cuticle so on are also the structure of plant adaptation to arid environments evolution characteristics of adaptive change. Mainly as follows:in plant vegetative organs parenchyma predominated; transporting organization has developed or shaped xylem vascular tissue; Plants developed aerial part of the stratum corneum.Plants under drought stress environment, the structure of adaptive changes in plant drought stress mark antagonist characteristics. The use of adaptive changes of plant structure, characteristics, can be used for screening of drought-tolerant plants on the dry soil of the effective use and management of great significance.
