As China’s population ages and health care costs continue to rise,commercial health insurance,as a new type of insurance product,is of great significance in meeting the social needs of the people,promoting the construction of a healthy China,and improving the medical protection system at various levels.As the representative of commercial health insurance in Chongqing City,"Chongqing Express Insurance" has been actively promoted.However,there are some problems in the development process that require further study and research.The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems and countermeasures in the development of inclusive commercial health insurance in Chongqing,better understand the difficulties and problems of Chongqing Express Insurance and propose appropriate countermeasures to promote the development of inclusive commercial health insurance,improve insurance coverage and protect public health and welfare.This study mainly uses different research methods,such as literature review,questionnaire survey and case study method.Firstly,it introduces the basic concept and relevant theories of the development of inclusive commercial health insurance in Chongqing;secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the products and development of inclusive commercial health insurance in Chongqing and takes Chongqing’s "Yu Express Insurance" as an example to deeply analyze the effectiveness of its development;then,through the investigation of the Chongqing commercial health insurance market(questionnaire,site visit),collection and analysis of relevant literature,identifies the problems and bottlenecks of the current development of commercial health insurance.Then,through research(questionnaires and surveys)and the collection and analysis of relevant literature,the problems and bottlenecks in the development of commercial health insurance in Chongqing were identified,mainly including: the lack of product knowledge among residents and their lack of motivation to participate in insurance;the unique structure of products and their inability to meet the individual needs of the public;the unclear responsibilities of departments and the risks of financing and supervision;the low profits of insurance companies and contradictions in efficiency.The market should promote and disseminate commercial health insurance,change the resident concept,increase insurance awareness and improve the quality of services,etc. |
