With the rapid development of society,the building area and urban population density have become larger,the urban infrastructure has gradually aged,and the fire accidents have increased.In emergency relief,firefighters are facing more dangerous challenges,which greatly increases the probability of firefighters’ casualties.In order to further ensure the safety of firefighters,this paper designs a firefighter’ vital signs monitoring system,the main work is as follows.Firstly,a multi-parameter regression analysis temperature measurement method is proposed to realize the measurement of body temperature by MAX30102.In this method,the internal temperature,body surface temperature and ambient temperature are used as fitting parameters to determine the regression model,and the least square method is used to fit the curve,and finally the fitting formula of body temperature is determined.The body temperature measured by MAX30102 is compared with the value of mercury thermometer,and the average relative error is within ± 0.5%,which meets the requirements of measurement accuracy.Secondly,a single PPG(Photoplethysmography)signal calculation PTT(pulse transit time)fitting blood pressure measurement method is proposed to realize blood pressure measurement by MAX30102.This method collects a single red PPG signal,strips the DC component after averaging processing,performs second-order difference processing on the AC component,obtains the accelerated pulse wave signal,uses the signal feature points to obtain PTT,and combines the blood pressure standard value to do linear regression fitting,and finally determines the blood pressure fitting equation set.The blood pressure measured by MAX30102 was compared with the value of YUWELL mercury sphygmomanometer.The average relative error was within ± 5.0%,which met the requirements of measurement accuracy.Finally,the firefighter sign detection system is designed and implemented.MAX30205 was used to design body temperature patch to detect firefighters’ body temperature.MAX30102 was used to design multi-sign detection watch to detect firefighters’ body temperature which is used to backup,heart rate,blood oxygen and blood pressure.MQ-2,MQ-7 and AHT20 were used to design emergency and disaster relief environment detection badge to detect CH4,CO,smoke concentration and temperature and humidity in emergency and disaster relief places,temperature data was used to calculate standby body temperature.The terminal device consists of three parts,including a bracelet,a chest seal and a body temperature patch.Bluetooth networking is used to transmit data between terminals.Configure the cloud platform to receive and store sign data,develop personal APP and Web platform to connect the cloud platform for displaying firefighter sign values and alarm judgment.After analysis and testing,the system runs normally and can better realize the function of monitoring the signs of firefighters.It is suitable for assisting background commanders to judge the safety status of front-line firefighters and for the reasonable attendance and scheduling of firefighters. |
