Research On The Distribution Law Of TCM Syndromes In Chronic Heart Failure Combined With Atrial Fibrillation Based On Data Mining Technolog

Purpose:To explore the distribution of TCM syndromes and syndromes of chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation through the analysis of literature and clinical cases.Material and method:The literature related to heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation syndrome or syndrome elements in CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched by computer from the establishment of each database to December 31,2021.The information of syndrome and syndrome elements in literature was extracted,and a database was established with Excel,descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were used.Then,inpatient and outpatient patients with heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation in the affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.The syndrome and syndrome element information in medical records were extracted,and a database was established with Excel tables.Descriptive statistics and association analysis were conducted with SPSS software.The distribution of TCM syndromes and syndromes of heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation in literature and clinical cases were analyzed.Results:1.According to literature analysis,the common syndromes were Qi deficiency,Blood stasis,Phlegm turbidity and Yin deficiency;The common syndromes are heart,lung,kidney and spleen.2.According to the literature analysis,the combination of syndrome and element is mostly mixed with deficiency and accumulation,among which "Qi deficiency + Blood stasis","Yang deficiency + Water/Dampness","Qi deficiency + Yin deficiency + Blood stasis","Qi deficiency + Blood stasis + Phlegm turbidity" are the most common.In the empirical combination,the combination of "Phlegm turbidness + Blood stasis" is more common.3.In the literature association analysis,support degree ≥10%,confidence degree ≥80% and support degree ≥10%,confidence degree ≥70% were set respectively,and association rules were used to obtain the combination of "Qi deficiency → Blood stasis","Blood stasis →Phlegm turbidity" and "Qi deficiency → Phlegm turbidity".4.Analysis of clinical cases showed that the common syndrome elements were Qi deficiency,Blood stasis,Yin deficiency and Retained fluid;The common syndromes are heart,lung,kidney and spleen.5.The analysis of clinical cases showed that the combination of syndrome elements was mostly mixed with deficiency and insufficiency,among which "Qi deficiency + Blood stasis","Yang deficiency + Retained fluid","Qi deficiency + Yin deficiency + Blood stasis" were the most common.In the empirical combination,the combination of "Qi stagnation + Blood stasis" is more common.6.In the association analysis of clinical cases,set the support degree ≥10% and confidence degree ≥80%,and use the association rules to obtain the combination of "blood stasis → Qi deficiency","Blood stasis → Retained fluid","Yin deficiency → Retained fluid".Conclusion:1.The most common TCM syndromes of heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation are "Qi deficiency","Blood stasis","Yin deficiency","Phlegm turidity","Retained fluid",followed by "Yang deficiency".2.Common TCM syndromes of heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation include heart,lung,kidney and spleen.3.The combination type of TCM syndrome elements of heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation is the most common,characterized by the combination of both syndrome elements,such as "Qi deficiency and Blood stasis","Yin deficiency and Blood stasis" and "Yang deficiency and Blood stasis",among which the combination type of "Qi deficiency and blood stasis" is the most common.
