Purpose:To investigate the origin of 29 specific acupoint names of the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian,analyze the correlation between the fate of the 29 acupoint names and the acupoint properties,such as the location,shape,flow of meridians,intersection of meridians,and attribute of characteristic acupoints,sort out the similarities and differences between the indications of the 29 acupoints in ancient and modern times,excavate and compare the loss and innovation of the clinical acupoint application recorded in ancient books by modern physicians,and reveal the internal logical relationship between the connotation of the 29 acupoint names and the function and utility of the acupoints,It provides theoretical basis for the clinical use of acupoints in modern acupuncture and moxibustion,and provides methods and paths for the study of the interpretation of meridians and acupoints,thus contributing to the theoretical study of the meridian systemMaterial and method: 29 acupoint names were taken as the research object.First,the origin of acupoints was verified by consulting the Huangdi Internal Classic,acupuncture and moxibustion Classics A and B and other medical books to clarify the source of acupoint names.Secondly,it uses the research methods of exegesis and philology in traditional philology to explain the meaning of words and the connotation related to medicine.Taking the formation time of the acupoint name as a node,consult the books of Erya,Shuowen Jiezi,Yupian,Guangyun and other words,and also consult the cultural literature such as the Book of Changes,the Tao Te Ching,the Zuo Zhuan,the Han Book,the Analects of Confucius,Zhuangzi,and the Book of Rites to explain the original meaning of the acupoint name.Collect and sort out ancient and modern documents related to acupoint names to explore the correlation between acupoint names and clinical functions.The medical classics on which this article is based are mainly the Huangdi Internal Classic,Pulse Classic,Difficult Classic,acupuncture and moxibustion Classics A and B and other existing ancient Chinese medicine books.The ancient clinical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion was mainly searched by computer,supplemented by manual re examination.Based on the literature database of the Chinese Medical Code(the fifth edition),the mechanical examination conducted keyword search on 29 acupoint names,and sorted out the ancient medical records of single acupoint Clinical medical records(the scope of literature includes but is not limited to Pulse Channel,Thousand Golden Wings Prescription,Analogy,Analogy,acupuncture and moxibustion Juying,Preparedness for Thousands of Golden Wings Prescription,acupuncture and moxibustion Zisheng Sutra,Puji Prescription,Taiping Shenghui Prescription,Waitai Secret,acupuncture and moxibustion Dacheng,Yizong Jinjian,and Etiology of Various Diseases).The modern clinical application literature takes the journals and doctoral dissertations included in the three major Chinese databases of Wanfang,Weipu and Zhiwang as the source of literature,and carries out subject search on 29 acupoint names respectively,mainly collecting and sorting out the reports on the indications of single acupoint.If the indications of single acupoint cannot be obtained,the literature as the main acupoint in clinical acupoint matching and treatment will be included.Results:The origin of the 29-point orthoontic alias is clarified,the multi-level connotation of the naming of the acupoint is revealed,the similarities and differences between the ancient and modern indications of the 29 acupoints are compared and analyzed,and the logical relationship between the fate and clinical function of the 29-point orthoontic alias is preliminarily clarified.Conclusion:1.The 29 specific acupoint names of the Bladder Meridian are comprehensively determined by using the explicit method of direct description and the metaphorical method of borrowing the analogy of images under the guidance of the basic theories of TCM and the philosophical thinking of TCM,such as the theory of yin and yang and the five elements,the theory of visceral signs and the theory of circulation of meridians and blood.2.The determination of the 29 specific acupoint names of the bladder meridian is closely related to the clinical function.This correlation is reflected in the fact that the location,shape and clinical function of the acupoints can be explored from the acupoint names,which is convenient for the clinical doctors to clarify the location of the acupoints and facilitate the clinical syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection.3.There is a high consistency in the mechanism of the treatment of 29 specific acupoints of the Bladder Meridian in ancient and modern times.In clinical application,some acupoints and the clinical application recorded in ancient books have innovative play.A few acupoints treat fewer diseases than in ancient books,and there are also a few acupoints that have not been reported to be used in single acupoints. |
