| Objective: By observing the changes of TCM clinical symptoms,Seattle angina scores,nitroglycerin reduction rate,clinical symptom and other indexes of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the groups before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy,safety and prognostic effect of Wenyang Zhenshuai granules in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were evaluated.Methods: This study used a randomized controlled design.Patients who met the inclusion criteria for coronary heart disease stability angina pectoris and heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were selected from outpatient department and inpatient department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Hunan Provincial Direct Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March2023 in strict accordance with the exclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Conventional western medicine was administered to the control group,while Wenyang Zhenshuai granules were used for the treatment group.Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups after treatment.Results: 1.The scores of TCM syndromes were statistically different(P<0.05),the improvement was more obvious in Wenyang Zhenshuai granule group.2.The Seattle angina scores improved significantly after treatment in Wenyang Zhenshuai Granules group(P<0.05).3.The reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the Wenyang Zhenshuai granules group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.The effect of Wenyang Zhenshuai granule group on cardiac function was better than that of experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wenyang Zhenshuai Granules have clear curative effect on stable heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chest paralysis. |
