Objective:To screen a better and more effective method for treating chronic eczema of blood-deficiency and wind-drying type by comparing the clinical efficacy of two different methods of fire acupuncture and autohemotherapy therapy.Methods:60 patients with chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness were randomly divided into fire acupuncture group and autohemotherapy group by SPSS,with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were given fire needle and autohemotherapy respectively, and were treated once every two days, five times for a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment(28 days).Record and analyze the efficacy of each index before and after treatment in the two groups(pruritus evaluation index, eczema area and severity index, skin disease quality of life index),conduct statistical analysis of relevant data, and make clinical efficacy evaluation.Results:1.Comparison of efficacy of pruritus evaluation indicators:Compared with before treatment, both the fire needle group and the autohemotherapy group can significantly reduce the VAS score of pruritus after treatment(P<0.01);Compared with the first course, the VAS score of pruritus in the second course was significantly lower(P<0.01).Compared with the autohemotherapy group, the VAS score of pruritus in the fire needle group was lower after the first and second courses of treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of therapeutic effects of eczema area and severity indicators:Compared with before treatment, both the fire needle group and the autohemotherapy group can significantly reduce EASI scores after treatment(P<0.01);Compared with the first course, the EASI score of the second course was significantly lower(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in EASI scores between the two groups after the first and second courses of treatment(P>0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy of skin disease quality of life index:Compared with before treatment, both the fire needle group and the autohemotherapy group can significantly reduce DLQI scores after treatment(P<0.01);Compared with the first course, the DLQI score of the second course was significantly lower(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in DLQI scores between the two groups after the first and second courses of treatment(P>0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the clinical efficacy of fire needle is better than that of autohemotherapy, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both fire needle and autohemotherapy have good clinical efficacy in treating chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type, effectively relieving itching, improving the area and severity of skin lesions, and improving the quality of life of patients. The efficacy increases with the course of treatment.Compared to the two groups, the fire needle group was superior in relieving itching compared to the self blood group, and its clinical efficacy was better than that of the self blood group. Therefore, fire acupuncture is a more effective method for treating chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness, and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
