Exploring The Pathogenesis And Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Based On Literature Researc

Objective: To record the syndrome types and prescription drugs of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the literature,analyze the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in traditional Chinese medicine,and summarize the syndrome and treatment rules of clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by traditional Chinese medicine through reading and sorting out the relevant literature collected on China National Knowledge Network.Methods: The relevant literatures collected from 2001 to 2021 were searched,the literatures in accordance with the standard were included and the original database was established.Then,by means of the data mining function of V2.5 software of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,the distribution of syndrome types and the meridian tropism of drugs were statistically analyzed,and the rule of drug prescription and potential new prescription were analyzed.Results: 202 prescriptions meeting the requirements were included,involving 10 syndrome types.Through platform analysis,it was found that the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin with blood stasis occupied the first place,the top 10 drugs used were Radix Astragali,Angelica sinensis,Radix Cinnamomi,Cassia twig,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Glycyrrhiza,Achyranthes bidentata,Radix Astragali and Radix angelicae Sinensis,and the most commonly used pairs were Radix Astragali and Angelica sinensis.The meridians of the drugs were mainly liver,spleen and heart,and 12 potential new prescription combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion: The TCM pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is based on deficiency of qi,blood,Yin and Yang and deficiency of viscera function,then phlegm and blood stasis block collaterals.The syndrome differentiation is mainly based on zang-fu syndrome and Qi-blood-body fluid syndrome.The three viscera of liver,spleen and kidney and the changes of Qi-blood-body fluid are the root of the disease.Taking into account zang-fu and Qi-blood treatment,the treatment method starts from tonifying deficiency and regulating collaterals,adopting the method of tonifying spleen and kidney,soothing liver and regulating qi,invigorating qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and collaterals.Because of the method,the drugs are mostly supplementing products with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms.
