| Objective: To better understand the effect of Chaihuang Muxuan decoction on mild acute pancreatitis of dampness-heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder, and to provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Method: A total of 60 inpatients with mild acute pancreatitis who were admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary Pancreatology and Vascular Surgery of Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2022 to January 1,2023 were selected. They were all identified by traditional Chinese medicine as abdominal pain with syndrome of dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder. They were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.Anti-infection,stomach protection, inhibition of pancreatic enzyme secretion, etc. The experimental group was orally supplemented with Chaihuangmuxuan decoction for 7 days as a treatment course, and then the relief time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension, the changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, blood routine,C-reactive protein, amylase indexes and CT changes of the two groups were compared respectively. Results: 1.Clinical symptoms: the days of relief of abdominal pain and abdominal distension between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group; It is concluded that Chaihuang Muxuan decoction combined with Western medicine can reduce the time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension and relieve the pain of patients.2.Comparison of white blood cells: After treatment, the number of white blood cells in both groups decreased significantly compared with that in the group on the first day, with statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the decrease of white blood cells in the experimental group was more significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of C-reactive protein: After treatment, the value of C-reactive protein in the two groups decreased significantly compared with that in the first day of treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease of C-reactive protein in the two groups was more significant than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).4.Amylase comparison: After treatment, amylase value in both groups decreased significantly compared with that in the first day of treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease in amylase between groups was more significant than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Combining 2 and 3 points suggested that Chaihuang Muxuan decoction group had more advantages in promoting inflammatory absorption and pancreatitis recovery than the control group.5.TCM syndrome scores: There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment and before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment was effective; After treatment, the symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, indicating better effect, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The difference in CT ratings between the two groups was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had an effect, but there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that oral treatment of Chaihuangmuxuan decoction combined with basic Western medicine had a better effect on CT manifestations than simple Western medicine.TCM syndromes and curative effects: the effective rate of both groups was 100%,indicating that the treatment was effective.Among them, the recovery rate +significant efficiency of experimental group was 93%,which was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). |
